1. Service Description

UnfairGaps (“the Service”) is a research tool that aggregates documented business problems from open sources and provides AI-powered analysis to help users evaluate business opportunities. The data is sourced from publicly available information and processed by AI models.

2. Accounts

You can browse the problem database without an account. To use action buttons (AI Custdev, Competitor Analysis, etc.), you need to sign in with Google. New accounts receive 5 free action credits. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Free & Paid Plans

• Free: 5 action credits, full browse access
• Pro ($29/month): 20 actions/month, priority support

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No refunds for partially used months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the database
• Resell or redistribute raw data from the Service
• Use automated tools to consume credits
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication

5. Disclaimer

The Service provides information for research purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on information from the Service. The data is provided “as is” without warranty.

6. Intellectual Property

The aggregated database, UI, and methodology are proprietary. AI-generated action results belong to the user who requested them. You may use action results for your own business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnfairGaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
